Ken Frederick of Frederick’s Services recently power washed and stained my deck. I am very pleased with the promptness of his service and the quality of his work.
I have not even met Ken face to face. All of our contact has been via telephone. From the initial call, to the estimate, to the scheduled workdays, and many other questions on my part, Ken has been courteous and professional. All of my calls were answered immediately or returned withing minutes.
Our deck has been neglected for quite some time. It is an older deck and there were multiple boards rotting away. Ken even replaced the rotted wood and secured the loose planks.
